The Master bedroom is beautifully appointed, with double patio doors leading to a private decking area which enjoys the late afternoon sun. This room has a brand new super-king bed, air-conditioning, a built in double wardrobe with drawers and hanging space and a beautiful en-suite bathroom with high end fittings, a large walk-in shower, hand basin with mirrored cabinet and heated towel rail.

The second bedroom also has the benefit of a luxury en-suite bathroom with full size walk-in shower, basin, large mirror, heated towel rail and WC. This bedroom has a new King size bed and a built in double wardrobe with drawers and hanging space.

Bedroom three sleeps three across two single beds with a single bunk above. Ideally suited to children but also perfectly fine for a couple. Another fitted double wardrobe is supplied along with additional drawers. This bedroom sits opposite the family bathroom.

This spacious room has a high end luxury kitchen with all new appliances including fridge/freezer, oven and combination oven and microwave, dishwasher, hot tap, wine fridge and coffee machine.

There are bar stools overlooking the kitchen where you can enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine whilst dinner is being prepared.

The family bathroom has a bath, over-bath full shower, hand basin with mirrored bathroom cabinet, WC and heated towel rail. Ideal for smaller children for whom a shower isn’t always the easiest option.

The garden is spacious with a large, decked area, table and reclining chairs for eight people, a kadai fire pit and grill and two sun loungers. Beautiful views in both directions and direct access to the beach.
